A con artist owing money to a New Orleans mobster believes he can solve his financial woes and rekindle his relationship with his ex-girlfriend by participating in a planned bank heist. The former couple joins forces for the operation, but soon find themselves ensnared in a perilous situation when the robbery takes a lethal turn.
