Under the glow of a full moon at a construction site, workers accidentally unearth Joe (Alex Lam), a vampire who has been buried for a hundred years. Enchanted by the lively atmosphere of the contemporary city nightlife, Joe roams the streets and encounters Apple (J. Arie), a heartbroken young woman contemplating suicide. Driven by his thirst for blood, Joe trails her back to her home, where he aids her and her grandmother in fending off thugs dispatched by a real estate developer intent on forcing them out. What begins as a struggle over property soon escalates into a conflict among vampires.
