Cockroaches

Tom and Suze, both nineteen and filled with aspirations for the future, find themselves in an intimate moment just as nuclear war erupts. To their dismay, they manage to survive the catastrophe. Awkwardness ensues. “Cockroaches” is a darkly comedic tale set in a post-apocalyptic world, following a family as they navigate a desolate landscape teeming with cannibals, deviants, and an ex who is impossible to tolerate. The protagonists grapple with monotony, terror, and the moral dilemmas of using their own bodily fluids in cooking.
