The Housemaid

In 1953 French Indochina, a young Vietnamese orphan takes a job as a housemaid on a rubber plantation rumored to be haunted. She unexpectedly develops feelings for the French owner of the estate, inadvertently stirring the wrathful spirit of his deceased wife, who is bent on revenge.
