After a night of revelry at an abandoned river creek, the mood quickly shifts for the reserved teenager Reece and his companions. What begins as mere headaches and emotional distress soon escalates into a horrifying dash back to civilization, as a grotesque virus starts to afflict the most susceptible among them.
